RECIPE: Garlic Aioli

This is really EASY and tastes BETTER than store bought Garlic Aioli 
   
Making your own dressing has many benefits, but aside from how much better it tastes…
   
You know EXACTLY what is in it!!
   
This recipe is super simple, and will become a firm favourite in your house!
   
GARLIC AIOLI:
 
Get a cylindrical container so you can get a stick blender right to the bottom and in the corners, then put in:
   
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (or white vinegar will work if you don’t have lemons)
• 1-2 cloves garlic (or leave this out if you don’t love garlic)
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• salt and pepper
   
Then put your stick blender into the container and add 1 and a 1/4 cups of Olive Oil
   
Keep the stick blender in the bottom and turn it on
   
Then slowly bring it up to the top, incorporating the oil into your dressing as you go
   
Voila!
   
Now add to your salad, meat, hot chips…it goes with everything!!
